Our research is prepared from official releases and other sources we consider reliable, with the region's and global context behind our reads. Our consultancy work — feasibility, highest and best use, market-entry and strategy — is independent and evidence-led. Formal real estate valuation instructions are delivered in Saudi Arabia by our Taqeem-accredited appraisal department under International Valuation Standards; the Dubai branch coordinates such instructions but does not itself issue regulated valuations.
